This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Our website and landing pages
• Our early-access and beta signup process
• Our desktop application and/or audio plugin

It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you sign up for early access or beta testing, we may collect:

• Email address (to send download links and beta access)
• Profession or role (if you choose to provide it)

We only use this information for providing access to the Product and communicating about the beta.

3.2 Website Analytics

If you give consent (where required by law), we collect limited analytics data on our website to understand how it is used and to improve it.

This may include:

• Pages visited
• Button clicks and form interactions
• Referral source (e.g. campaign or link)
• General location (country-level)
• Device and browser type

We use PostHog as our analytics provider.

We do not use analytics data to identify you personally on the website.

3.3 Application / Plugin Usage Data

When you use the Product, we may collect limited usage data to improve functionality and stability, such as:

• App or plugin version
• Operating system
• Error or crash events
• Feature usage events (for example, when an audio export is completed)

This data is used to improve the Product and understand how it is used.

3.4 Advertising Measurement

We advertise the Product on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To learn which ads lead people to download and use the Product, we record:

• The ad click identifier added to the link when you arrive from an ad (for example Google's gclid or Meta's fbclid)
• Advertising cookies set by Google and Meta on our website
• A small number of milestones in the Product (for example installing it, importing a first track, creating a project, or purchasing), linked to that click identifier
• If you give us your email address, a one-way hashed version of it, never the email itself

These are sent to Google and Meta from our servers so they can report how our ads perform. We do not send audio, project contents, or file names.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies or local storage for:

• Remembering your privacy preferences
• Analytics
• Advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta Pixel)

If you are in a region that requires consent (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, other European countries with similar laws, and Quebec), we ask before using analytics and Google advertising cookies, and they stay off until you accept.

The Meta Pixel runs on our website for all visitors. You can limit it through your browser's tracking protection or ad blocker, or through your Meta ad preferences.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser storage or revisiting the consent settings.

4.1 Your Privacy Choices (United States)

Some US state laws treat sharing data with advertising partners for measurement or targeting as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To opt out:

• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out and turn Google advertising measurement off.
• Email us at support@peachsounds.com to opt out of all advertising measurement, including Meta.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide early access and beta downloads
• Communicate important information about the Product
• Improve the website and Product
• Fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues
• Measure how well our ads work (see Section 3.4)

We do not sell your personal data for money. Sharing advertising measurement data with Google and Meta may count as "sharing" under some US state laws; see Section 4.1 to opt out.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under the following legal bases:

• Consent – for website analytics, advertising cookies, and optional information
• Contract / request – to provide access you requested (beta access, downloads)
• Legitimate interest – to improve and secure the Product

We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the Product, such as:

• Analytics providers (e.g. PostHog)
• Email delivery providers
• Payment providers (Lemon Squeezy)

We also share advertising measurement data with Google and Meta as described in Section 3.4. They process it under their own terms and privacy policies.

These providers process data only on our instructions and are required to protect it.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Run the beta program
• Improve the Product
• Meet legal or operational requirements

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).
